Description

Unleash the world of imagination through needle and thread with this after-school embroidery class for children – Creative Stitchers.

Mary Broddle Embroidery has partnered with Bubble and Bean to bring you this activity.

It will run during term time; booking in half term blocks, paid for in advance.

Participants will get a bubble tea each week, included in the couse price.

Time: Tuesdays term time 4:00pm – 5:00pm

Venue: Bubble & Bean, 11 Pavilion Road, West Bridgford, NG2 5FG

Dates for this term block:16th April, 23rd April, 30th April, 7th May, 14th May & 21st May.

This term we will be sewing the Filling Stitch Flower sampler.  As well as the stitches themselves, the children will prepare the work and learn how to transfer designs and finish the piece for display.

• Expert Instruction:Mary has used her 20 years of expertise in embroidery to design projects which will cultivate creativity, patience, and fine motor skills in a fun and supportive environment. From basic stitches to intricate designs, your child will learn from the best.

• Safe and Stimulating Environment: Our classes are held in a vibrant, welcoming space where children can freely express themselves. We prioritize a positive and inclusive atmosphere, fostering friendships and a love for the art of embroidery.
• Quality Materials: We provide all necessary materials, including embroidery hoops, needles, vibrant threads, and high-quality fabrics. Your child can explore their creativity without the worry of acquiring supplies.

This workshop is designed for children aged 8 and up. No prior embroidery experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn!

Both Mary and Jo Jo hold enhanced DBS checks, so you are able to leave your children with us should you want to.
